Gerald Finken Gerald E. Finken, R.Ph.
Chief Executive Officer

Gerald Finken, R.Ph., M.S.,  has almost 30 years in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. He has held management positions with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (originally E.R. Squibb & Sons, Inc.) and PRACS Institute, Ltd. Prior to founding CSM, Finken worked as an independent clinical supplies consultant.

Currently as CEO of CSM, Finken focuses on business strategies and growth opportunities, including further development of the On-Demand innovation created by Finken, which streamlines the packaging and labeling process.

He received his Bachelors of Science degree from Rutgers College of Pharmacy, New Brunswick, NJ; and his Masters degree from Kean College, Union, NJ, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Finken is a licensed pharmacist in seven states, and is the 2007 recipient of the Elan Innovative Pharmacy Practice Award. He is also a member of the American Pharmacists Association, American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, Drug Information Association, International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering, and the North Dakota Pharmaceutical Association.

Don Berg Don Berg
President

Don Berg brings over 15 years of experience to CSM. As president, Berg oversees all aspects of the company and is responsible for ensuring that CSM is aligned to meet quality and efficiency metrics while focusing on unit profitability through proper resource allocation. He sits on the CSM Board of Directors, assisting in defining operational strategies that will support both national and international growth opportunities.

Berg served as chief operating officer for CSM prior to his promotion to president in January 2009. He has held executive-level positions in the area of operations and finance for the United States Air Force, a major worldwide courier and an international telecommunications company. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University, and Masters degree from American Military University. Berg is a member of American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, American Management Association, Drug Information Association, International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering, and is a lifetime member of the Air Force Association.
