Your CSM team includes a backup project manager who can seamlessly take control of your project when the lead project manager is unavailable.

	Sherri Blanchard Director of Operations Sherri Blanchard, PMP, serves as director of operations for CSM. As a senior staff member, Sherri helps define operational strategies and oversees the project management teams, IT, and facility departments. She brings over 16 years of project management experience and is responsible for ensuring her team meets critical federal regulations, and exceeds the client's expectations. Sherri received her Bachelor of Science degree from North Dakota State University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
	Sarah Deutsch Team Leader Sarah received her Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology and biotechnology from North Dakota State University. Her professional experience includes more than ten years in management and five years in the clinical supplies packaging and labeling industry. She is a member of the American Society for Gene Therapy.
	Jeanette Bleeker Team Leader Jeanette Bleeker has a total of 13 years of pharmaceutical experience, with eight years at CSM in multiple roles, including Quality Assurance, Operations, and Facilities. She earned her pharmacy technician degree from North Dakota State College of Science. She is a certified quality auditor, and has attended several seminars on project management and management methodologies. Jeanette is a member of the North Dakota Pharmacists Association, Northland Association of Pharmacy Technicians, Drug Information Association, and American Society for Quality.
	Allison Coatsworth Allison Coatsworth joined CSM in 2008, bringing five years of industry experience from a large biotech company. Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in business management from the College of St. Benedict.
	Laura Lehan Laura Lehan joined CSM in 2008, and she brought with her 5 years of packaging and labeling experience. Laura obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing management at the University of St. Thomas. She is a member of the Drug Information Association.
	Pamela Gorby A CSM team member since 2002, Pam is an expert in domestic and international shipments as well as the configuration and inventory monitoring of IVRS systems. She earned her nursing degree from Billings Vo-Tech Center, and is a certified pharmacy technician, combining several years of health care experience. Pam’s professional affiliations include Northland Association of Pharmacy Technicians, North Dakota Pharmacists Association, and Drug Information Association.
	Sarah Lee Joining CSM in 2006 as a pharmacy technician, Sarah is currently knowledgeable in IVRS systems, client inventory control management and label design. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead and her pharmacy technician degree from North Dakota State College of Science. Sarah is a member of the North Dakota Pharmacy Technicians Association, Northland Association of Pharmacy Technicians, Drug Information Association, and is a Red Cross Volunteer.
